They was a meeting in the forest beneath the willow tree
with the rabbit and the robins, the blackbirds and the bees-
The blackbirds were the loudest letting everyone in attendance know
that if the word was going to get out they would have to invite the crow-
The word was about the party for the tortoise and his friend
who were going to have wedding and a new life together now begin-
So the squirrel was in agreement that one should find the crow
to announce the wedding plans and when and where everyone should go-
And with all being in agreement they set out to have the crow tell the world
that soon there would be a wedding between the tortoise and his girl
