 It’s time for bed, it’s time for bed
 Hurry don’t drag your feet
The clocks struck nine, it’s long past time
 For young children to be fast asleep

 It’s time for bed, it’s time for bed
 Tell the long day good night
Up the stairs, to rest your head
 And let your dreams take flight
